Airbus to demonstrate advantage of utilizing Hybrid Critical Communications solutions at ISNR 2018

Dubai, 7 March 2018: Airbus will be throwing the spotlight on the key benefits and advantages to be gained from using Hybrid Critical Communications solutions at the ‘Future Policing’ forum during their participation at this year’s edition of the International Exhibition of National Security and Resilience (ISNR), which is being held until March 8, 2018 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) in Abu Dhabi.

The presentation, which will be given by Selim Bouri, Vice President Head of Region, Middle East North Africa & Asia Pacific for Secure Land Communications at Airbus, will cover the secured evolution of existing hybrid and last generation networks; Tactilon Dabat and its importance across mission critical networks and the coming ‘Critical App Challenge’–reflecting Airbus’ interest in pursuing future collaboration with app developers creating solutions for the secure and critical segments.

The portfolio also encompasses mission-critical broadband solutions based on 3GPP standards and emergency response centres (911/112). SLC is a leader in PMR, with more than 280 radio networks in over 74 countries, and the US leader for 911 response centres with the VESTA 911 call handling solution serving more than 60% of the market. SLC employs nearly 1,700 people in 19 countries.
