Falafel Vada Pav, Thai-style Vada Pav, Cheese Vada Pav, Cocktail Samosas like Spinach & Feta Samosa with Sun Dried Tomato Pesto, Water Chestnut & Scallion Samosa with Chilli Jaggery Sauce, Fajita Paneer Samosa with Chipotle Salsa, Foodhall brings to you a perfect marriage of traditional recipes and modern flavors!

Batters & Beverages

Add fusion touch to your monsoon special recipe at home with variety of batters such as Falafel Batter, Waffle Pancake Batter and Buckwheat Crepe Batter. Serve it with hot beverages like Kashmiri Kahwa, Matka Chai or Hot Chocolate, all available during Monsoon Delights at Foodhall.

Pomme frites bar

Foodhall adds a new Pomme frites bar during Monsoon Delights which will offer a variety of fries topped with beans, cheese sauce, salsa and guacamole in Mexican style, Mediterranean-styled fries topped with hummus, yogurt sauce, harissa, feta and some shredded greens and Italian flavored fries loaded with arrabiata, basil, olives, sun dried tomatoes and parmesan.

The Soup Bar

Soup is the epitome of comfort food. The Indian monsoon truly offers a perfect accompaniment to a piping hot bowl of soup. Foodhall’s soup bar offers an array of delicious soups like the Mediterranean Lentil soup, Mushroom Cappuccino, Tomato Basil soup, Vegetable Tom-Kha soup, Chicken and Black Bean Gumbo, Chicken Tom-Yum soup, Chicken Hot and Sour soup and Shrimp Bisque.

Bakery and Patisserie

The Foodhall Patisserie will offer many colors of rainbow with its moist cakes, tarts, Rye bread, Pumpernickel bread. Not only these but also mouth watering pound cake which is a popular dish from the North European region, prepared in a  traditional way with a pound or equal weights of each of four ingredients like flour, butter, eggs, and sugar. Throughout the festival, well-baked crunchy and dried cookies like biscotti will be served in a small thick-glass container called verrine.
