ICC delegation to Danang & Hanoi

The Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) is organising a delegation to Danang and Hanoi, Vietnam. The visit shall coincide with the 20th Year Celebration of ASEAN by Government of India and the arrival of Ship STA Sudarshini. On this occasion the Indian Embassy in Vietnam & ICC are jointly organising the ASEAN-India Business Seminar and B2B meetings on 3rd January at Danang and 4th and 5th January at Hanoi.

Mr Chiranjeevi Konidala, Hon’ble Minister of State for Tourism (IC), Government of India has kindly confirmed his august presence during the seminar.

Vietnam is a densely-populated developing nation which in the last decades has made significant and impressive progress. While Vietnam’s economy remains dominated by state-owned enterprises, which still produce about 40% of GDP, Vietnamese Government authorities have reaffirmed their commitment to economic liberalization and international integration.This has resulted in Vietnam being an attractive and high potential market for Indian Companies in the following sector:

  • ·Tea Industry and Agro
  • ·Minerals and Metals
  • ·Pharmaceuticals
  • ·Information technology (IT) and Education.
  • ·Textiles & Automobiles & Telecom

 The ICC Delegation shall be able to attend the Seminar, network with relevant business and also meet relevant Government authorities. ICC shall also arrange specific B2B meetings for the Indian delegates.
