Indian startup and indie gaming studio Toonheart releases Hoppu, exclusive Blackberry First!

blackberryHyderabad, India – Hyderabad based Indie Gaming studio Toonheart, have released their latest game Hoppu, exclusively for BlackBerry users across the world.  The BlackBerry exclusive app was launched on 19th March (released on 27th March as per BlackBerry World) and is available for all BlackBerry users on BlackBerry World.

Hoppu, is a recent example of the many the startups and developers who have been encouraged and supported by BlackBerry’s Rubus Labs. Providing technical training and giving access to latest technology, BlackBerry’s initiative to encourage such young app developers have seen a jump of over ten-fold – from 4,000 developers initially to now 43,000 developers from India. Within less than 12 hours of launching Hoppu, it has been played around 1248 times by game players and within 48 hours of uploading the game, these young developers got a staggering response of 155 users across the world.
