Mumbai, date: Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), a global provider of leadership development and research, and Jombay, a modern day talent transformation platform, announced a strategic partnership. As the first initiative, the two like-minded organizations are coming together by making the leadership learnings from CCL available on Jombay’s iDev platform which will enable action learning in an ongoing basis. The focus of the partnership is to provide CCL and Jombay client partners access to leadership development solutions in new-age ways and touch many more lives of people when it comes to leadership.
Client partners stand to benefit from this partnership as it brings years of CCL’s research and leadership development solutions together with Jombay’s expertise in modern day, bite-size, action learning. In the times to come, the joint programs would blend face-to-face and virtual learning that will be supported by assessments, coaching, simulations, and on-job learning.

Given the initial feedback received from client partners, the iDev platform will also support Custom Leadership programs being offered by CCL. The simple process for the participants will include downloading the iDev powered CCL App and there by start a personalized development journey.
