At the live-demo counter, the chilly air combines with hot barbeque dishes and gilled seasonal veggies. Foodhall has introduced a range of fresh marinades to appeal taste buds – Tandoori marinade, Lebanese marinade, Thai- style marinade, Marinated malai paneer tikka.

 

Taking one’s experience to a wholly different level, Foodhall adds marinated and grilled fruits such as pineapples, apples, guavas, peach to the barbeque palette, which are sure to tantalize one’s taste buds. In addition, they’re also serving pre-marinated cut fruits to the menu to highlight a new way of celebrating fruits this season.

 

Soups are a remedy for the soul in this cold climate. Lip-smacking soups have made way to the live-demo counter- Tomato Basil, Mediterranean Lentil, Tom Yum, Black bean and chicken Chilli, spicy chicken noodle, Moroccan Chicken Shorba are being carefully brewed to spread warmth and joy. Also in store will be Kashmiri Kahwa, Peppermint Mocha, Hot Chocolate, Apple Cider.

 

FRESH INDIAN DALS FOR WINTERS

A lot of us would agree that there is nothing more comforting than a good bowl of dal on a cold winter day.  To highlight the diversity of Indian cuisine, Foodhall store will be stuffed with range of lentils and pulses from every corner of India –Dal Pachmel from Rajasthan, Dal Moradabadi andMatar ka Nimona from UP, Kashmiri Rajma from Jammu & Kashmir, Cholar (Chane ki) Dal from Bengal.These dals are exclusive and not usually found on restaurant menus.

 

BAKERY & PATISSERIE

The bakery section too has two new additions –Sesame Naan and Whole Wheat Naan. Team these up with butter chicken or dal makhani, and indulge in some scrumptious delights minus the calories.

 

Strawberries’ being the favourite in winters for its versatility as an ingredient, the store has the choicest of offerings including hearty Strawberry Roulade, squidgy strawberry and cream, and delicious strawberries dipped in chocolate.

 

 

FRUITS & VEGETABLES

Winter is also the season for green leafy vegetables that boosts up one’s immunity system. Uniting some of the best Indian produce found in this season including peas, fresh beans, radishes, carrots, turnips, Foodhall is all set to give you a healthy treat.
