MISCHEVIOUS ELEMENTS TRY TO TARNISH THE IMAGE OF FASHIONISTA

fashionistaNew Delhi April 16, 2014: Fashionista, The School Of Fashion Technology, is one of the finest institute of Fashion Design, Textile Design and Interior Design with its corporate office in New Delhi.  Fashionista is proud to be brand associated with the biggies of the industry and has excellent placement record.

However, unfortunately Fashionista has become a victim of a bigger conspiracy. Md. Sajid, a student of the 2 Years Advance Certificate Program was involved in Eve Teasing and misbehaving with fellow girl students which was objected by the girl and disciplinary proceedings were initiated by the institute. Md. Sajid then tendered written apology for the incident but later started taking personal vengeance towards the institute.  He also misrepresented himself in the court by presenting forged documents of his enrollment with the MGU, which came in light on 20/3/14 in front of Division Bench. Under these circumstances a notice was issued to Md. Sajid on 21/3/14 and also stays on the impugned order passed on 30/1/14. It was also added by the senior counsel of MGU that Fashionista was not an off campus centre of Mahatma Gandhi University which was wrongly being portrayed by Md Sajid. He along with one, Neeraj Paul are trying to misinterpret the court order for defaming Fashionista for their vested interests and disturbing the peaceful functioning of the institute for their malafied and ulterior motives.

As misrepresented in media by Neeraj Paul, Md Sajid and his Counsel,  ‘No legal prohibition’ was imposed on Fashionista Institute. Instead the Learned Single Judge of the Hon’ble High Court had under the erroneous statement of the counsel for UGC directed, Fashionista could carry courses after taking prior permission from UGC and added that the application of permission should be considered “expeditiously” by the University Grant Commission.

This stand of Fashionista stood vindicated by the Division Bench of the Delhi High Court, which vide Order dated 25.3.2014, set aside the aforesaid order of the Learned Single Judge, and permitted Fashionista to carry on its certificate courses without prior approval from UGC or DEC.
