Q GROUP SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH DRYDOCKS WORLD

TO DELIVER GREAT BRITAIN ISLAND ON THE WORLD

Maritime expertise will speed development of five-star resort and residential destination

Dubai, UAE, 5 November, 2014: Q Group today signed an agreement with Drydocks World, the international service provider to the shipping, maritime, offshore, oil, gas and energy sectors, to provide a complete range of offshore marine and operational management solutions for the developer’s Great Britain island destination on The World project in Dubai.

 

The Agreement was signed by H.E. Khamis Juma Buamim, Chairman of Drydocks World and Maritime World, and Safi Qurashi, CEO and Founder of Q Group.

 

Providing high-end technical and operational support to the development of the Great Britain island’s five-star resort and residential destination, Drydocks World will design, engineer and build total   marine-based solutions including the utility solutions.

 

H.E. Q Group is the developer of Great Britain island and will unveil plans for a luxury resort, private villas and water villas, hotel serviced apartments, an event and wedding venue, offshore restaurants and bars, and unique water-based experiences for people of all ages.

 

Q Group now comprises five companies, with operations extending from real estate brokerage, development, investment, facilities management, access solutions and defence and security.   Q Group plans to announce its venture into tourism, hospitality and leisure within next few weeks.
