Serial entrepreneur Harjiv Singh to speak at ‘India Invest Forum’ in Paris

salwanIndian-origin serial entrepreneur and Founder and CEO of Salwan Media Ventures, Harjiv Singh will be speaking at the India Invest Forum 2016 being organized by France India Chamber of Commerce (CCIFI) in partnership with Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) on 18 January 2016 in Paris. The Forum will be a unique platform to deepen economic relations and promote ‘Brand India’ to CEOs, business leaders, investors, political leaders, policy makers and economic decision makers from France, Europe and French-speaking Africa.

For more than 30 years, CCIFI has been working to promote economic relationships and cross-investments between India and France. The forum aims to showcase the potential of growing opportunities across various industries in India, such as education, IT, healthcare, engineering and pharmaceutical sectors, and create a platform for reinforcing India’s economic ties with France, the EU and French-speaking Africa and promote India as a fruitful investment environment.

Telengana’s IT Minister, KT Rama Rao, has been invited to deliver the keynote address on ‘Investments and New Growth Drivers’ at the Forum. Some of the other confirmed speakers include former French Prime Minister Jean Pierre Raffarin; Dr. Mohan Kumar, India’s Ambassador to France; Bassirou Sene, Senegal’s Ambassador to France; Ngoyo Moussavou, Gabon’s Ambassador to France; OECD’s Investment Head Ana Novik; K. Harjiv will be moderating the session ‘Innovation and Technology’, which will focus on the vitality of innovation, technology and R&D as drivers of economic growth, and discuss the growth of India’s IT sector and its potential to manufacture growth and social development.
