Classic Manufacture Moonphase

Since 2004, Frederique Constant creates its own precious mechanical timepieces, produced with the highest precision and perfection by professional watchmakers in our Manufacture in Plan-les-Ouates. Each Frederique Constant watch is hand-assembled, checked and controlled for a long period of time by humans and high technology machines to ensure optimal quality.

In 2015, the Swiss watch manufacturer Frederique Constant is proud to introduce its 19th calibre, which is in-house developed, produced and assembled. With the new FC-715 calibre, our designer created a movement with a moonphase complication, which shows us on the outside a beautiful, classical and elegant timepiece and offers on the inside to every watch lover the delight of a highly technical refined precision-made mechanism.

Pure elegance is the time-telling components of this watch

Crafted in harmony with the finest watchmaking traditions, the Classic Manufacture Moonphase comes in a very balanced 40,5mm case, with the choice of either stainless steel or rose gold plated finishing. Defined by its fine and elegant lines, the silver dial with the polished double or single baton-type hour-markers and its dauphine hands is a pure beauty. The disk of the moonphase features a night sky with the moon and stars that add to the watch an undeniably sophisticated touch.

This timepiece houses the FC-715 movement, entirely designed produced and assembled in the Frederique Constant workshops. This calibre enjoys a 42-hour power reserve and drives the moonphase, date, hours, minutes and seconds. All these functions are adjustable by a single crown making the timepiece in itself unique.

The sapphire case back makes it possible to observe the performance of the FC-715 movement at work. Beautifully decorated with circular Côtes de Genève, blue screws and a gold–tone rotor; it makes it a real pleasure to open the officer-style hinged back.

The watch is adorned with either a black or brown alligator-skin strap with a pin-buckle, and the Frederique Constant’s crest is engraved on it.
