Serco Wins the CIO Masters 2013 Awards

image0011India, March 25, 2013: Serco’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division has been recognized with the CIO Masters 2013 Awards for an application called ‘Loading Station’ in the Business Intelligence category. Mr. Rajendra Deshpande, CIO, Serco BPO division, was awarded for demonstrating the unique combination of Innovation in IT & Business Intelligence. Loading Station, a unified data-centre, is capable of providing reports on a real time basis from the data uploaded into the system through direct and indirect methods. It is an application developed with pre-defined functionalities for producing standard dashboards, scorecards for levels of employees based on the various inputs that the user uploads into the system.
