Corum launches with enthusiasm its Limited Collection Admiral’s Cup AC-One 45 Chronograph Americas through a new partnership with photographer Guillaume Corpart and his series of photographs: Chaosopolis Corum decided to celebrate its Limited Collection Admiral’s Cup AC-One 45 Chronograph Americas by associating each edition to a photograph by internationally-renowned artist: Guillaume Corpart Muller. He specially focuses his work on the existing relationship between people and their environment.
The Americas series of Guillaume Corpart Muller has been specially developed for Corum and the launch of its Limited Collection Admiral’s Cup AC-One 45 Chronograph dedicated to the American continent. The photographs follow the spirit of CHAOSOPOLIS, a series developed by the artist to explore the urban landscape diversity. The artistic photographic work is the basis of his artwork. He uses superposition, reconstruction and different tones offering results which juxtapose feelings of tension and chaos while respecting a careful and harmonious composition.
Each of the 9 timepieces of the Limited Collection Admiral’s Cup AC-One 45 Chronograph Americas is thus combined with a photograph representing an emblematic place of the country honored by the watch. The artist prints on a canvas with impressive dimensions a surrealist vision of cities such as Rio de Janeiro, Mexico, Miami and Panama City among others. An avant-garde interpretation which, thanks to the impression on metallic paper mounted under acrylic, gives the illusion that the frame is floating on the wall. Each image will be printed in 12 copies numbered form 1 to 10 plus one copy that will follow the timepieces collection and another one for the archives of the artist.
