Pune Police has undertaken an initiative to modernize and enhance Women’s Helpline (1091) under the guidance of Mr. Satish Mathur (Commissioner of Police, Pune). As a part of this initiative, Pune Police has deployed a Voice-Logger solution for the Women Helpline (1091). With this solution, each call made to and from 1091 is auto-recorded, stored, and details of the call such as caller-id, date, time, duration, missed calls, etc. are maintained for further analysis.
