CARLSBAD, Calif. – Razer™, a leader in connected devices and software for gamers, today announced that Michael L. Pfeiffer has joined Razer’s board of directors and will chair the audit committee. Mr. Pfeiffer has assisted technology companies with operations in the United States and Asia by serving as a board member and audit chairman. He also brings over three decades of experience in public accounting, primarily in Silicon Valley and Asia.

Mr. Pfeiffer served as a board member and audit committee chairman of Integrated Memory Logic and BCD Semiconductor. He is currently a board member and chairman of the audit committee of Alpha and Omega Semiconductor. As a board member, he has assisted companies to complete initial public offerings on Nasdaq and on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. During his 18 years as an audit partner in the Silicon Valley office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, he assisted 14 high-tech companies in the fields of semiconductors, peripherals and the internet to complete initial public offerings on Nasdaq. Additionally, he has led integrated audits, including audits of internal controls, of four public companies.

Mr. Pfeiffer is a U.S. certified public accountant. He received a B.A. with honors in Economics from Eckerd College in Florida and an MBA with honors from the University of Oregon.
