Another highlight of the week will be the unveiling of the Phase II building of the World Jewelry Hub, with construction beginning later this year and a finish date scheduled for 2017. It includes an iconic office tower, where the offices and trading floor of the Panama Diamond Exchange will be located in the base of the complex, along with high-end retail jewelry stores and a luxury commercial center, with banks, specialized support services and restaurants.
All available office space in Phase I of the World Jewelry Hub, which is complete and has been operating since the start of the year, has already been allocated, and there is a long list of companies waiting for vacancies.
