Jewel Corner, the retail brand owned by Soft Touch Jewellers LLC, started with one physical location inside the hypermarket at Deira City Centre now has 30 shop-in-a-shop locations throughout the GCC countries. The recent success of their social campaign, spearheaded by AdGlobal360 Pvt Ltd for the past few months has put them above the rest.
After acquiring the social mandate of Jewel Corner, AdGlobal360 launched the campaign #ThePerfectReaction on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram on September 5, 2015. The journey since has been inspiring to say the least with the following landmark success points.
- From Sept 1, 2015 till Jan 10, 2016, an increase of 300% page likes was reported
- Total Organic Reach of posts increased by 460% as compared from August, 2015 to December, 2015
- Daily total impressions on page increased by 160% from August to December
- People talking about Jewel Corner has increased from August to December by 55%
- Participation by audience, organically, has grown by a large number. Average organic reach of posts have doubled in November as compared to the month of August
In a recent quarterly meeting, Abhijit Achwal, General Manager of Jewel Corner appreciated the Social Media campaign and the creative work of AdGlobal360 that went into creating an online presence of the brand saying that now “each product post receives 3-4 average queries a day.”
AdGlobal360 has just upped the game by intending to achieve 500,000 followers by End of 2016 with engagement on page also increasing at the same rate. They are currently running the campaign ‘#BoxOfHappiness’, which appears to be more promising than their previous successful campaign, #ThePerfectReaction. The campaign will also be continued offline including radios, TVCs, Metro promotion, Hoardings, Theatre Commercials and much more.
