USA UnivQuest is trying to popularize debating as a fun way of sharpening the Critical and Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), recognized by NCERT and CBSE as a vital cog in the overall success of a student.

“Over the past few weeks, we saw a splendid display of talent and debating skills by students from across the country, some of whom truly belied their age and experience. We are proud to finally announce Team India for the WSDC 2016 and are confident these students will bring laurels to the country. Through this initiative USA UnivQuest is trying to ignite a fresh culture of debate in the country as a means to sharpen the minds of our students, embolden critical thinking and a spirit of inquiry. This prestigious platform also gives students a unique chance to interact with their peers from cross the country opening new avenues and perspectives for them,” said Mr. Ajay Koul of USA UnivQuest.

USA UnivQuest rates ‘Debating’ as a key skill that sharpens the intellect of a child and instills in them a sense of confidence and thought leadership – qualities that are sought after by leading Universities across the world. USA UnivQuest is doing its best to transform today’s learners into tomorrow’s leading by encouraging a system of learning that promotes creativity and absorption, rather than just cramming.
