Virtual Market Place®

The Virtual Market Place® at www.virtualmarket.innotrans.de/en helps visitors make all the necessary preparations: they can find out about the products of relevant business partners, contact them and make appointments. This information tool provides an overview of the InnoTrans presence of every exhibitor, their product portfolio, hall and stand numbers as well as contact details.

Time-saving and low-cost: the online ticket shop
Starting now, trade visitors can obtain significantly reduced rates and take advantage of online tickets. Visit the online ticket shop at www.innotrans.de/en/Visitors/Tickets/ to order tickets which you can print out in the comfort of your home. This service saves money and waiting times at the ticket offices on the grounds.

Travel service

A wide range of services helps with travel arrangements and accommodation for exhibitors and trade visitors at InnoTrans. Deutsche Bahn and Lufthansa are offering tickets at special rates. Shuttle buses
Specially organised shuttle bus routes provide quick and direct transport links, ensuring easy travel between the Berlin Exhibition Grounds and Tegel and Schönefeld airports. They also take visitors to the focal points on the exhibition grounds (north, east and south entrances and outdoor display area). A transfer service to the hotel and city rounds off the shuttle transport offer, which is free of charge.

Business breakfast and Business Lounge

From 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. early risers can make the right start to an event-packed day with the free business breakfast at the trade fair. The Business Lounge in the Marshall Haus provides ample areas and opportunities for relaxation. Trade visitors can hold talks in a calm atmosphere, recharge their electronic devices, check their emails at computer terminals, or use their own laptops connected to free wi-fi. Visitors keen on a spontaneous evening out after a day at InnoTrans can obtain tickets from the Berlin Nightlife Counter for events in and around the city.

Trade press stands
International trade press stands will provide a comprehensive overview of the latest trends and developments in the global transport sector, with publications supplying information on key topics such as rolling stock, transport technology, transport and logistics.

Innovation Tours
Trade visitors can find out about the latest products, innovations and world premieres of the international rail industry from daily guided tours of the Railway Technology, Railway Infrastructure, Public Transport, Interiors and Tunnel Construction segments and of the Outdoor display. The programme of events at Speakers‘ Corner is as wide-ranging as the international rail industry itself. Over 60-minute periods trade visitors can find out more about numerous topics from exhibitors who will be free in their choice of subject. All trade visitors can attend and the formats range from company and product presentations to panel discussions and lectures.

Website and app feature all the information one needs

The InnoTrans website and the InnoTrans App ensure that exhibitors and trade visitors will be able to make optimum preparations for InnoTrans 2016, at home or on the move. Among the features of the InnoTrans App are an exhibitor and product search as well as an interactive 3D map of the grounds. The app can also be used to buy tickets online.
