MSME Tool Room Indore signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Center for Research & Industrial Staff Performance (CRISP) Bhopal. The objectives of the MOU is joint exploration of training business opportunities for acquiring national and international projects and assignments and to execute according to mutual strengths. Additionally, the MoU intends setting up of a CRISP extension centre at the MSME Tool Room Indore, and an MSME Tool Room extension centre at CRISP at Bhopal. Mr. Mukesh Sharma, CEO of CRISP and Mr. Pramod Joshi, General Manager of MSME Tool Room Indore exchanged the signed copies of the MOU.
The prime objective of the MOU to jointly design, deliver and execute various kinds of technical skill development programs for students, job seekers, Industry personnel, prospective entrepreneurs, and any other relevant target group. The other objective is To jointly utilize and share resources like Machinery, Software license and other training facilities of each other for conduct the trainings and for other needs with mutual consent.Besides it is also proposed to undertake joint assignments and programmes in the areas of training, research and consultancy (national and international) in the areas including, but not limited to Teachers Training, Entrepreneurship and Industrial Development.
After signing the MOU, Mr. Mukesh Sharma, CEO of CRISP said that both the organizations will be benefited with the MOU with creating new horizons of business opportunities, and creating innovative training programmes by sharing advanced equipments available at both the organizations. He emphasised on the necessity of such collaborations for honing the knowledge of students, job seekers, Industry personnel and prospective entrepreneurs.
MSME Tool Room, located at Indore is engaged in manufacturing and training of tools, other precision job works, and performs NCVT or AICTE recognized Long, Medium, and Short-term technical training courses for all kinds of technical, students, and industrial teachers. Centre for Research and Industrial Staff Performance (CRISP) has established itself as one of the most leading centres of education and professional training. The institute was set up in the year 1997 and has been supported as a society by the Indo German Technical Cooperation Agreement. The basic objective of the institute lies with generating and establishing human resource development and also organisational development. The efficient delivery of these two motives promotes active employment and also skillful employment in the country, thus benefiting both the employable and the employing crowd.
