Gurgaon, April 8: DLF New Town Heights Condominium Association organized a free cardio and pain managementcamp today. The one-day camp was held incollaboration with Artemis Hospital at New Town Heights- Sector 86, 90 and 91 in Gurgaon.
The camp offered a plethora of free diagnostics such as ECG, lipid profile, blood pressure, blood sugar and BMI.
Over 80 residents participated in the camp which was conducted under the guidance of Dr.(Col.)Monik Mehta, Senior Consultant-Cardiology, Artemis Hospital and Dr. Ashu Kumar Jain, Head- Pain Medicine and Palliative Care, Artemis Hospital.
“It is very important to maintain good health despite hectic schedule. These camps are useful in keeping us updated about our health status and also allow us to adopt a healthy lifestyle in consultation with medical experts,” said Mr. Deepak Aggarwal, a resident of DLF Gardencity.
“It was a breather for those suffering from cardiac problems and various types of aches. Camps like this help in educating about diseases and their prevention,” said Mr. Saurabh Bhutani, a resident of DLF Gardencity.
