As part of the brand strategy in the Middle East, Citizen continues to aggressively upgrade and expand the retail space in Bahrain to appeal to the mid-high segment of watch market.

Speaking at the opening of new Citizen shop in shop at Yaquby stores, Bab Al Bahrain, Mr. Takahiro Miyazaki, General Manager of Citizen Watches Middle East said, “our brand philosophy is continues improvement and innovation. We have been in the watch industry for nearly 85 years, but we never use the word “since”, we believe in continuous improvement not just in our product but all customer touch points. Retail being one of the most important touch points and we have been enhancing the brand experience of citizen in our point of sales through initiatives such as shop in shop and exclusive stores, where you can realize the real world of Citizen.

This is the second Citizen shop in shop since the successful launch of Yaquby Store at Seef Mall during the last year, Thus CITIZEN intends to have two more store opening by end of 2014

These stores meet the highest global standard in retail by using sophisticated materials such as glass to portray the futuristic image of the brand. Display has been arranged to give a better browsing experience for the shopper. CITIZEN Shop in shop concept will provide customer an experience beyond browsing and buying.
