What: Asian Food Festival @ Foodhall
This monsoon, Foodhall is set to help you feast on authentic flavours from the East with the launch of their East Asian Food Festival .With influences from the relatively unknown cuisines of Asia like Korean, Indonesian, Malaysian and Burmese, Foodhall’s offerings are sure to tantalize your taste buds.
With innovation and creativity being the driving force behind Foodhall’s live kitchens, this East Asian Festival will display a traditional Rice and Curry Bar with favourites like Mushroom & Glass Noodle, Yellow Curry with Red Rice, Indonesian Coconut Curry with Wild rice, Burmese Eggplant Curry with Sticky rice and Jackfruit and Star Anise Red Curry with Jasmine rice. And dishes like Roti Canai which is a Malaysian flatbread served with either a potato or chicken curry, Chicken Satay and Tofu Satay with Peanut dipping sauce and Tibetan Thukpa. Alongside, Foodhall has set up a Cold Salad Bar offering Glass Noodle Salad, Thai Green Mango Salad, Broccoli & White Fungus Salad and Som Tam (Thai Raw Papaya Salad). There is also a Ramen Bar which will have different varieties of the traditional Japanese inspired noodle soup.
