Falconcity of Wonders LLC, the developers of the multipurpose mega project “Falconcity of Wonders” that is being built in Dubai, hosted recently a group of high-profile Indian media members at its site, “Falconcity of Wonders” (FCW). The visit aimed to familiarize Indian investors with FCW’s extensive business opportunities through a tour that covered the site’s development stages—opening investment possibilities for regional and international investors.
Indian nationals residing in the UAE account for a big share of FCW’s current portfolio of investors. Given that India’s property investors top the list of estate investors in Dubai, the visit provided a comprehensive and diverse combination of leisure, entertainment, lifestyle and commercial elements patterned under a unique ‘World in a City’ concept.
The guests who attended the visit observed and explored the diverse developments within the city, including a tour of the sites where reproductions of the ‘Wonders of the World’ will be built. The delegates then met with Alharith bin Salem Almoosa, Vice Chairman & Deputy General Manager, FCW, who presented and explained the components of FCW via a full-scale model to clarify and emphasize key points on how FCW represents one of the most significant real estate projects in Dubai.
Alharith bin Salem Almoosa said: “Falconcity of Wonders is one of Dubai’s most significant real estate projects given its distinctive international concept and diverse offerings. The visit enabled us to enhance our communication channels and discuss the different investment opportunities we offer to India’s business community.”
Occupying more than 41 million square feet, Falconcity of Wonders is a sprawling residential, tourist, entertainment and recreational complex shaped in the form of a Falcon in tribute to the UAE’s emblem, cultural and heritage. The mega development embraces the cultures of the world with its contemporary and unique structures that are inspired by the “Wonders of the World” – including the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Eiffel Tower, the Pyramids of Giza and the Hanging Gardens of Babylon to name a few.
Villas inspired by international architectural themes will form part of Falconcity of Wonders’ over 5,500 residential apartments and villas of various designs, locations and sizes. Commercial centers, a signature ‘fun city,’ family centers, sports facilities and schools are also included in the project’s master plan.
