Under the leadership of Chairman Anita J Hill, HPP first launched in 1995 inventing and manufacturing unique disposable baby products, this earned them a national distribution deal with Walmart, and then into international territory. Pushing the boundaries of excellence HPP became a leading provider of global petroleum solutions and a Prime Contractor to DOD and FEMA; Hill Petro Products, Inc were one of first responders in LA, MS, AL when Katrina tore through the Southern States.
Along with Miss Hill are four distinguished Directors who collectively represent more than 50 years of petroleum and nuclear industry expertise and 20 years of manufacturing experience.

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) are both strongly committed to expanding the role of biomass as an energy source to reduce the need for oil and gas imports; to support the growth of agriculture, forestry, and rural economies; and to foster major new domestic industries.
The opportunity for economic growth resides in the processing of oilseeds and other suitable feedstocks produced on the State and local level into sustainable aviation fuel. The new fuel can be used by airlines in the States, reducing air pollution and providing another market for State produced oilseeds reducing the economy’s dependency on limited resources and imports.
HPP is now positioned as an integrated organization that manages camelina feedstock growth and harvesting, processing the seed oil, upgrading to second generation aviation fuel, and distribution to airports and U.S. military installations. HPP has also invented ‘the Kirhil Mobile Processor’ designed to shorten the harvesting process of the camelina feedstock.
