Mumbai, September 15, 2015 : IDBI Bank Ltd. has been awarded second prize in linguistic region `B’ of nationalised banks and financial institutions category of Rajbhasha Kirti Puraskar for the year 2014-15 for its outstanding performance in the use of Hindi. The award was presented by Honourable President of India Shri Pranab Mukherjee to Shri Kishor Kharat, Managing Director and Chief Executive officer of IDBI Bank at a function held at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi on September 14, 2015. The function was presided over by Honourable Minister of Home Affairs Shri Rajnath Singh. Shri B. K. Batra, Deputy Managing Director and Dr. Sunil Kumar Lahoti, General Manager, Rajbhasha of IDBI Bank Ltd. were also present on the occasion.
