IIM Lucknow’s flagship marketing research event, INDEX, is back with their much awaited annual fair with events and activities for all. INDEX conducts one of India’s biggest disguised marketing research events and is the only Guinness World Record holding fest across IIMs.
Year on year, INDEX never ceases to come up with ingenuous ideas to engage and entertain. This 22nd edition of INDEX began with promotional events in association with INDEX’s social partner, Ministry of Women and Child Development. Nukkad Natak competition and Flash mobs were organised in association with children from WCD homes on the theme of Child Protection and Child Rights Issues which raised awareness on social issues and also created a buzz about the upcoming event.
With a footfall of over 10000 each year, Lucknowites await the INDEX fair with much anticipation. This year, theevent centred on the theme on Mini India, had a plethora of food stalls, photo booths and fun activities which engaged children and families alike and the Colvin Taluqdars’ grounds came alive with festive cheer and spirit. Enthusiastic college students also gathered at the fair in huge numbers and showcased their skills at the Footloose dance and RJ Hunt competitions. A first for INDEX, the Shayari competition brought out the hidden poets in one and all.
As people left for the day, they looked forward to another activity packed and fun filled day on Sunday, 27th November, with the Lucknow Idol singing and Fancy dress competitions.For the music lovers looking for an evening out, there will be a performance by Indiana Band.
