Naga Awoshi (Pork) Food Festival at Dzukou Tribal Kitchen from August 17 to September 3, 2017

New Delhi, India, August 16, 2017: For all Pork lovers out there here is good news! Dzukou Tribal Kitchen, the Naga traditional restaurant is organizing three week-long Naga Awoshi (Pork) Food Festival. The one of its kind food festival will be held from August 17th to September 03rd, 2017 and will serve a huge variety of unique Naga Pork dishes, which will satiate all their food cravings. The festival will be held simultaneously in Dzukou Tribal Kitchen’s Hauz Khas outlet in New Delhi; and Thamel outlet in Kathmandu, Nepal.

The menu is select and tasteful that offers 20 varieties of Pork-Pork Head, Pork Tongue, Pork Ears, Pork Bones with Collar, Pork Shoulder, Pork Chops, Spare Ribs, Pork Belly, Knuckle, Trotters, Minced Pork, Brain Chutney, Minced pork Rice, Skin Crackers, Pork Lever, Pork Heart, Intestine, Pork Jaw, Pork Salad, and Pork Tail. In addition to the special menu, Dzukou Tribal Kitchen boasts an immersive festive ambience with evenings of live music, cosy sit-downs, and the fusion of traditional and modern interior design that reflects the rich culture of Naga.
