An evening was hosted by Oxford book store and Petals publishers to celebrate the book launch THE LOST DAUGHTER By Author Anchal Rana Aggarwal.
The evening moderated by Meeta Mishra saw esteemed guests and panellists such as Golfer and Social Activist Neelam Pratap Rudy, Padmashri Kathak Guru Shovana Narayan engrossed in a discussion on Women Safety.Among the other guests present at the event were Entrepreneur Charu Singh Chaudhary, Sheffali Thakur, Entrepreneur Sonal Jindal, Author Vinayak Kapoor to name a few.

About The Lost Daughter
Finding herself at some deserted isolated land Anika is not able to comprehend that how she landed here. Her mother ACP Inayat Bakshi faces the worst nightmare of her life when she discovers that not only her daughter has been raped but she has also lost her memory and fails to recognize her.
While Anika tries to embrace the given identity, she is yet not able to understand if everything is for real. ACP faces the toughest case of her life where there is no lead and tries to break the ice with whatever power she has. Anika discovers about the life she has been living before her memory loss from a diary journal she fetches from her cupboard.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Anchal hails from the city of Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh. She is a dental surgeon by profession and always had a passion for writing since her childhood. She is a pass out of Sacred Heart convent school and pursued her dentistry from HP university and was one of the top rankers of the state. She is a gold medalist.
After her marriage she left her government job and moved to Delhi, that is when she entered the world of writing. Her first novel was a short metro read book Hitched for life which was released online worldwide. It received applaud from all the women genre, college going girls and even women from other countries as it depicted the clashes between traditions and modern culture after marriage.Now she has come with her new work THE LOST DAUGHTER.
