Parineeti Shares Her Fitness Mantra for her Super Fit New Self

 

July 9, 2015: Parineeti Chopra believes in being fit rather than reed thin. Breaking away from the mould of the Bollywood heroine, she has held on to her curves and honed them to look smokin’ hot on the cover of Women’s Health magazine this month.

While her curvaceous new figure is worth drooling over, as is her glowing skin, Parineeti has shared her fitness routine in an interview. She believes that a diet plan works only when it fits in your personal food preferences.Eating right and eating healthy is crucial to genuine weight loss. Parineeti has worked away her weight with serious dancing & freestyle exercises and loved doing it.

 

She makes getting into shape sound like fun; but it has taken consistent hard work & discipline on her part. Having worked on four back-to-back films, Parineeti has taken out time to focus on her fitness. She swears by getting adequate rest & personal time as important to staying fit.

 

Having dropped oodles of weight, she set the IIFA stage on fire with her medley performance and got shutterbugs tripping over each other to click her svelte new body on the red carpet! Clearly, her hard work and healthy choices have paid off!
