About Pashma

Pashma is a unique and inspiring journey of an Indian fashion entrepreneur realizing her ambitions, with a dream to create a global fashion, label from India.

Shilu Kumar launched Pashma in 1999 at a prestigious trade show in Milan. Her vision was to create an Indian brand that harnessed the creative talents of Indian design professionals and artisans, to present their creativity and craftsmanship to a global audience.

Initially, recognized for its fine quality of cashmere and its refreshing trans-seasonal and fantasy driven expressions on cashmere, the brand developed a loyal clientele of top department stores and fashion boutiques across the world.

The brand opened its first store at the DLF Emporio followed by a store in Singapore at Changi Airport and the iconic Raffles Hotel.
