– New worldwide liaison for the Injection Molding, Automation and Reaction Process Machinery trade press

(Munich, July 15, 2014) With immediate effect, Petra Rehmet has become the new Press Officer of the KraussMaffei brand. She will be responsible for worldwide communication in the areas of Injection Molding, Automation and Reaction Process Machinery.

 “We are delighted to welcome Petra Rehmet, an experienced journalist specializing in plastics technology, to our team. Her journalistic expertise and many years of experience, both in the trade press and in corporate communications, will enable us to continue to expand the target group-specific public relations of the KraussMaffei brand,” explains Simone Werner, Head of Marketing at KraussMaffei. Rehmet studied English and French at the universities in Hanover and Aberdeen, UK, with an additional clerical qualification, and was in charge of corporate communications at Berstorff GmbH in Hanover, a worldwide provider of extrusion systems for plastics and rubber technology, from 2001 to 2008. Since 2008, she worked as an editor for the industry periodicals K-Zeitung and K-Berater and was in charge of four departments: Polyurethanes, Composite Materials, Welding/Joining Technology and Measurement and Control Testing Technology.
