With a unique concept of “Roasts and Reds”, The Westin Gurgaon has come up with a special dinner on Thursday at Seasonal Tastes, The Westin Gurgaon.

Guests will be served with delectable roasts paired with indulgent wines. The hotel will offer an exotic set menu, featuring delicious preparations like Roasted Rosemary and Mint Lamb Leg, Pesto Marinated Roasted Lamb, Barbeque Chicken, Cajun Spiced Roasted Chicken, Greek Spiced Chicken to name some.

 

The sojourn will continue with Chefs’ created – Vegetable Strudel, Asparagus Quiche, Honey and Ginger Roasted Pork Roll, Five Spiced Citrus Roast Whole Duck, Lemongrass and Hoisin Chicken, Roasted Peking Style Duck and Indian specialties such as Peshawari Raan, Lakhnawi Whole Dumba and Changezi Chicken.

 

The culinary experience will be further enhanced by pairing beautifully prepared dishes with perfect wines by the beverage managers of The Westin Gurgaon.
