The Award was presented during the Golden Peacock Awards presentation ceremony, at Hotel ITC Grand Chola, in Chennai (India), in the presence of distinguished gathering of business leaders, jurists, academic stalwarts, environmentalists, economists, legislators and policy makers. The guest of honour for presenting the award was T.S Krishnamurthy former Chief Election Commissioner.
