Westin Gurgaon is organizing a special south Indian food festival “Southern Aromas” at Seasonal Tastes.
Guests can savour Panakkam (Sweet Tamarind Water) toMorum Vellam(Spiced Butter Milk)and Theingai Thannir (Coconut Water)to Mirchi Lassi to start with. To add more to the taste aromatic soups Kozi Rasam, appetizing bites Koli Porichadu (Chicken Fry) and Uooli Vada (Onion Vada) will sure remind of the Southern India.
For the main course, guests can choose from a variety of flavorful dishes like Ennai Kathirikkai (Southindian Bringal Curry), Kerala Fish Curry, Nadan Kozi Curry (Home Style South Indian Chicken Curry), Mamisam Theingai Varuval (Mutton Cooked in Andhra Style)etc.
To end the grand evening authentic, yet unique desserts, like Pal Adai Payasam, Adeeresam, will surely leave the sweet memories behind.
