Gulf Electronic Tawasul Company (Tawasul Telecom), the GCC leader in the provisioning of IP based services, has announced the addition of Frankfurt, Germany to its MPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switching) Private Cloud Network. Frankfort is Tawasul Telecom’s second Point of Presence in Europe, and brings the total to nine: The six GCC countries of Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, and Oman, in addition to the Points of Presence in Egypt, the UK and now Germany.
Through its private MPLS Cloud Network, Tawasul Telecom is a one-stop-shop for cross-border connectivity services, ideal for businesses to interconnect their operations through private, flexible, and highly reliable Virtual Private Networks. These services are ideal for the oil and gas sector, airline industry, and the financial sector.
The addition of Frankfort to Tawasul Telecom’s Private Cloud Network is part of the Company’s strategy of strengthening its core network infrastructure and services within the GCC region, finding smart opportunities for expansion, and anticipating future private sector connectivity service needs to and from the MENA region.
Commenting on the addition of Frankfort to the Network Mr. Salem Almulaifi, Business Development Director for Tawasul Telecom said: “We are continuously working on expanding our Private Cloud Network and services, while at the same time strengthening the reliability and quality of our service, which our clients have come to expect.
