Homemade Basil Flavoured Pasta Cooked With Lobster And Cherry Tomato Sauce; Paccheri Pasta With Slow Cooked Lamb Ragout; Oven Baked Eggplant Filled With Tomato Sauce, Parmesan, Mozzarella And Basil– these are some of the key preparations that his customized menu captures.
An enthusiastic and pioneering chef, Giuseppe has 13 years of experience, having worked in a range of boutique restaurants and 5 Star hotels throughout Europe. He is currently the Italian Chef at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park.
His love for producing high quality, innovative dishes, is driven by his passion to put his own intepretation in signature dishes. Growing up in Bari, South Italy has brought about his passion for creating fresh colorful dishes.
