In April 2014, famous Serbian actress, Ms Vjera Mujović is invited to participate in a theater festival in Ulan Bator and she decides to fly with Turkish Airlines. Meanwhile, Mr Stefan Preis, a German doctor, decides to spend his holiday also in Mongolia and travels at the very same day, 14 May 2014. Each of them come from their sides of the world to Istanbul, and continue their trip to Ulan Bator with Turkish Airlines flight TK 342. This flight turns to be a journey beyond expectations for two of them – sitting next to each other on the seats 05B and 05C they fell in love with each other and a year later they decide to get married.
Being the factor that made bridging the worlds of these two people possible, Turkish Airlines made their dream happen right from the heart on their flight. On TK 1082 Belgrade – Istanbul flight on 06 May 2015 an onboard wedding ceromony with lots of rose petals, classical music trio, wedding cake and presents for all the passengers, was organized. At the same place where the couple’s love had begun, Vjera and Stefan gave their wows in the presence of their families and closest friends. The couple had their wedding rings engraved with numbers 05B and 05C, symbols of the fateful beginning of their love story.
